Let me start with I'M SO HAPPY with my experience and purchase!! I want to give 5 stars even thought there was a little hiccup.

I ordered an OOP sprayed edges and signed edition of L.J. Vampa's The Exorcism of Faeries. The book is absolutely stunning!! It was wrapped extremely well for packaging and clearly well cared for before it got to me. There was small damage to a couple if pages on the inside which wasn't listed when I purchased it. I reached out to Sabrina to let her know and ask if I could swap it out. She was very quick to respond, apologized and explained she wasn't aware of it. She told me I had snagged the last copy so we weren't able to switch it out.

She offered a full refund if I wanted to send it back. I chose to keep it because even with the minor damage on the inside, this book has been hard to find and I would prefer to hold onto such a treasure.

She offered to reach out to the author to see if there were any others available which I greatly appreciated and thought that went above and beyond what she needed to do.
